Students who do not choose college still need to plan for the future. This video offers a step-by-step approach to exploring opportunities after high school. It focuses on five young people who have chosen the non-college route and succeeded:  Latesha is starting her career as a draftsman, Jonathan is an operations manager, Enrique is training to be firefighter, Stella has chosen the military, and Peter has become a journeyman electrician.

Students will learn how to create an individualized plan that optimizes their talents and abilities.  Guidance and career counselors provide advice.
