Designed to help students get organized by setting goals and priorities, this video gives them the tools they need to stay in charge of their schoolwork. Viewers learn about the brain processes that help us plan, organize, focus and concentrate.
The video identifies the three main obstacles to effective study: disorganization, procrastination and distraction. Tips and strategies allow viewers to develop their own unique style of overcoming these obstacles.
